What we do
Owner's engineering puts a qualified technical representative on your side of the table — one whose mandate is your project outcome, not the EPC's margin or the supplier's spec sheet. We review designs, validate performance assumptions, oversee construction, and flag the gaps before they become change orders. If something doesn't hold up technically, you hear it from us first.

Technical Representation & Procurement Support
RFP development, EPC bid technical leveling, contract technical exhibits (SOW and performance guarantees), and independent review of 30/60/90/IFC engineering packages.

Construction Oversight & Change Management
On-site QA/QC audits, equipment Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) review, milestone progress validation for draw requests, and technical defense against contractor change orders.

Commissioning, Performance Testing & Closeout
Utility energization and witness testing oversight, capacity test verification (ASTM E2848 / IEC 61724), BESS RTE baseline validation, punch list sign-off, and final as-built review.
