What we do
Detailed engineering is where a project becomes real. It's the set of documents that contractors build from, AHJs approve, and lenders rely on to confirm technical viability. The quality of your detailed engineering package directly determines how many revision cycles, permit rejections, and lender questions you'll face.
We produce permit packages that get approved faster because we build them the way AHJs want to receive them — complete, organized, code-referenced, and unambiguous. Every package includes Label Friday NEC-compliant labels where applicable.
Our packages are built for the end recipients — the AHJ plan checker, the interconnection engineer, the lender's technical advisor. Formatting, sequencing, and completeness matter. We've iterated on this for 10 years.
