What we do
Independent engineering is the technical backbone of project finance. Lenders, tax equity investors, and acquirers require a third party to validate that a project is what the developer says it is — that the technology is appropriate, the design is sound, the contracts are aligned, and the financial projections are achievable.

Our IE reports are independent because we have no financial stake in the project's outcome. We're not the EPC, not the developer's engineer, not the equipment supplier. That independence is what gives our reports credibility with capital markets.
